Warranty Form

Doughnut guarantees the quality of products because we care about our customers.

The warranty applies to the replacement of any parts or any necessary repairs on Doughnut products, subject to proper use. Doughnut shall not be responsible for any damages caused by improper or negligent use, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the carriers. The warranty will be void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

It is highly appreciated if you could provide the proof of purchases and photo defect via email to info@doughnutofficial.com. Depending on degree damage under warranty a repairing fee may be charged accordingly. One year general repair offered from date purchase for every doughnut product with purchase.
