GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Rates are determined by package weight and destination. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order at the checkout stage, allowing you to review the exact rates before finalizing your purchase.

Please note that Doughnut does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or multiple addresses within a single order.

Please note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and regional public holidays at our fulfillment centers.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELAYS

While we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, shipments may experience unexpected delays due to peak holiday periods, high shipment volumes from our logistics partners, or delays in customs clearance. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

CUSTOM DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES & DDU

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. All international orders, including those qualifying for free shipping, are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import taxes and duties will not be shown on the checkout page or collected by Doughnut.

Instead, these charges are levied by your local customs authority once the shipment reaches your country, based on the total merchandise value (before any discounts are applied) and your shipping destination.

You will be notified and invoiced directly by the shipping courier prior to or upon delivery. Doughnut has no control over these charges, cannot predict their exact amounts, and cannot refund them. We highly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Delays beyond our estimated delivery times may occur due to customs clearance procedures or pending tax payments.

DELIVERY FAILURE & REDELIVERY

All deliveries may require either an electronic or physical signature upon receipt. To avoid dispatch delays or delivery failures, please ensure all information is accurate.

You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any return shipping fees to Doughnut, if a parcel is returned due to the following reasons:

• The shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
• You refused to accept the parcel or pay the required customs duties.
• You did not pick up the parcel at the designated collection point within the given timeframe.

Redelivery: For shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, you are responsible for the shipping charges for both the initial delivery attempt and any subsequent redelivery attempts.
