EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We put our best effort into every product and wish to provide the finest products. Therefore, product quality is guaranteed to be inspected before items are dispatched. However, the product may be damaged during the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by contacting our customer service for the return procedures. 

We only accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of the delivery date for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products should also be unused with the tag still attached. A replacement will be sent in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charges. Please note that the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. 

 

Color Disclaimer:

The color of products may appear different in different monitors due to variations in monitors and browsers. Therefore, the color of the actual product and the product shown on the monitor might vary. We do our very best to make sure our product images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee the differences that may occur. Please be aware that color differences do not count as defective or incorrect items, thus, it is not applicable to make any exchanges or returns.

 

Return Product Condition:

Return products must include any original packaging, dust bags, warranty/ authenticity cards, spare parts and all tag intact, including hang tag

 

Out of Stock item:

Only in case the product was sold out. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.

GUARANTEE

BACKPACK

All Doughnut backpacks (excluding sale items) come with a guarantee of 1 year general repair from the date of purchase against any defective materials or workmanship. Doughnut can repair the product depending on the availability of spare parts at the owner of the product's own expense *. In the event that defects in materials or workmanship become apparent during the guarantee period, return the product to designated locations for parts repair along with the proof purchase ^.

Doughnut shall not be responsible for any damages caused by improper or negligent use, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the carrier.

If repair service is needed, firstly, please kindly email the following items to info@doughnutofficial.com

 

  • 3 images of your backpack. Please be sure to send in clear images, as the quality of the pictures will allow us to properly identify and evaluate your backpack.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase which includes the date of purchase, location and price.

All Doughnut luggage comes with a guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase against any defective materials or workmanship. WHAT'S NEXT?

Once we receive your email we will contact you within 2-5 working days to confirm if the luggage is considered warrantable. If the luggage is considered non-warrantable, or a valid receipt is not attached, we will provide you alternative repair/replacement options.
