Is it possible to change my order if I accidentally choose the wrong item?
We are happy to help our customers to get their preferred items. However, if your order status has changed to "Shipped", no further changes can be made.
I made a mistake in my shipping information. How can I fix this?
Once an order is placed, the handling process begins immediately. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@doughnutofficial.com with your Order Number.

How long does it take to ship out my order(s)?
Local orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the ordering day (excluding holidays). Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the day of order.
International orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from the ordering day (excluding holidays). Most orders arrive within 4-15 business days from the day of order.
Please note that some orders may need a longer delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances. When there is a delivery problem, we will immediately notify you via email.
Why is there no information shown in the tracking status of my parcel?
As it may take time for our courier to update the delivery status to the system, you may check your parcel status a few days later. If you notice that the delivery status of your parcel has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately via email.
I received a defective/damaged/wrong product from you. What should I do?
We offer returns and exchanges if customers received any damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please contact us at info@doughnutofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating the reason with your order number for your request.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Promotional or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Orders purchased from distributors, marketplaces, or retail stores cannot be refunded through Doughnut Official.
Refunds:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund, including the return shipping fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to process.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The replacement item will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order, with no additional charge.
- If you return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping fee will be refunded.
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or color, you are responsible for the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
I am not satisfied with the product that I ordered. Can I return it and get a refund?
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
What should I do if my bag(s) or some of the materials are broken or lost?
We offer a 1-year general repair service from the date of purchase. Please note that you may be charged for the extra repair fee if it is not covered in the general repair service. You may contact us via info@doughnutofficial.com with photos of the item(s) for further assistance.
For detachable materials, we would send you a new one so that you could replace it yourself. For undetachable materials or stitching problems, you may send your backpack to us and we would repair your backpack with our personnel.
However, for orders exceeding the 1-year guarantee, the repair and shipping costs will be charged accordingly. Please acknowledge us via email with proof of purchase for our handling.
My favorite item is currently out of stock. When will it be available again?
Our restock schedules vary by product model, so we cannot provide a specific timeline for restocking. Please sign up for our restock alerts to be notified once the item is back in stock.
