Warranty

Doughnut guarantees the quality of products because we care about our customers.

The warranty applies to the replacement of any parts or any necessary repairs on Doughnut products, subject to proper use. Doughnut shall not be responsible for any damages caused by improper or negligent use, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the carriers. The warranty will be void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

Please register warranty claim alongside the proof of purchase and photo(s) of the defect via info@doughnutofficial.com. Depending on the degree of damage, and if it is under warranty, a repairing fee may be charged accordingly.

A one-year general repair is offered from the date of purchase for every Doughnut product with proof of purchase. All Doughnut luggage comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defective materials or workmanship.
